After graduating with a degree in Architecture and a Masters in City and Regional Planning, I moved to New Orleans to work in the field of architecture. Shortly thereafter, I married my best friend and soul-mate. My infatuation with jewelry excelled in New Orleans due to the plethora of boutiques in and around the French Quarter. Today, I am a WAHM (work at home mom) residing in Memphis. We have three beautiful daughters who are also my valued jury of critics and fashionistas.
Throughout my life I have always enjoyed designing things. My brother and I started with model cars & planes. Next was painting designs on t-shirts and jeans. Then, my dad bought us a Badge-a-Minit machine and we designed and sold buttons to various schools, churches, individuals and social organizations. We both enjoyed the rewards and challenges being young entrepreneurs. Years later, what began as a hobby became my passion - designing and making jewelry. After 5 years of making and selling jewelry to family and friends by word of mouth, my husband encouraged me to sell my jewelry online. After much preparation, I'm excited to present my collection for all to see.
Many of my designs are influenced by today's trends or by the sheer beauty of the material itself. Jewelry has always been one of my favorite indulgences, therefore my designs and materials are exhibits of that passion. The jewelry showcased on this website is handmade except where noted. I offer off-loom beadwork, wire strung, chain mail and wire wrapped jewelry. I do not have a particular medium I prefer over the other because each technique offers a different effect.
