Return Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund the cost of those items less shipping costs with the exception of personalized jewelry (see step 5). Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery of the item(s). You must then return the item(s) to us within 10 days of your request for your refund.
To return items to Creative Essential Adornment, follow these steps:
1. Within 7 days of delivery, email Allison Springfield at allison@creativessentialadornment to notify her that you will be making a return and to receive a return address.
2. Package and ship the item(s) in the original packing materials (padding, or bubble wrap and jewelry pouch to the return address.
3. The package must arrive within 10 days after your return request in order for you to receive a refund.
4. The jewelry must arrive back to us in the same condition you received them.
5. Personalized Items: These are items that have names, initials, or custom designs (all mother's bracelets, personalized bracelets, and birthstone jewelry). You may return these items following the same steps for a refund less a 30% labor customization fee plus shipping.

If for any reason we made a mistake on your order, or your order was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we may correct the mistake, or replace the item at no cost to you.
Ordering Information
This is a secure site. We accept payment through Paypal. Paypal is a secure site that allows payment by credit card, debit card, or money transferred from your bank account. Registration is quick and easy. We will never see your financial information.
Shipping Policy
Orders placed and paid before 3 pm US Central Time will ship out the next day. This applies to non-personalized items only. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm Central Time, Saturday of Sunday will ship on Monday.
Orders over $75 ship for Free to the United States.
Any order $75 and over will ship FREE to the United States. This option will automatically be applied in the checkout process. Orders with free shipping are shipped using 1-3 day Priority Mail.
We use USPS to ship orders in the United States.

Priority Mail (takes 1-3 days) FREE with orders $75 and over; otherwise $4.95 Personalized jewelry orders placed and paid for usually ship within 3 to 4 business days. During peak periods around Mother's Day and Christmas, allow up to two weeks. If you need your item by a certain day, please let us know in the comments section during checkout and we will try our best to meet your needs. We offer several shipping options including UPS Overnight. The total time to receive your item will be the production time plus shipping time from Memphis, Tennessee. Notification of completing your personalized order and shipping will be e-mailed to you.
Sizing
To determine your wrist size we recommend one of two methods:
1. Measure your favorite bracelet from end to end including the clasp. If part of the clasp clips inside the other, do not include that part of the clasp in your measurement.
2. You can measure around your wrist using a flexible soft tape measure around your wristbone and add ¾” to 1”. The bracelet should fit comfortably but not to loose that it can slip off.

Bracelet Re-Sizing
There are certain instances where you may want to re-size your bracelet or even add another strand. Re-sizing a bracelet for a little girl who is no longer little or for the adult who has either gained or lost a few pounds. Adding another strand may be desired for the mother or grandmother who has welcomed another child or grandchild to the family. Re-sizing fees are as follows:
Little Girl (up to 6.5”): $6.00 per strand
Adult (over 6.5”): $8.00 per strand

Personalized Crystal Bracelet: $50.00 per strand
Sterling Silver Personalized Bracelet: $55.00 per strand

· Keep jewelry away from household cleaners and chlorine.
· When not wearing your jewelry, store each piece in its own Ziploc® or soft fabric bag. Keep in a dark place. This reduces tarnish, keeps softer metals from being scratched, and remains preserved longer.
· Always handle your jewelry gently. Remember that most chainmaille links are not soldered closed, and can therefore be pulled open. Treat your chainmaille just as you would handle a delicate pearl necklace or crystal bracelet.
· Your jewelry can pick up dirt, oil, and even odors. To clean most metals (sterling silver, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, niobium, and gold-fill), soak jewelry in soapy water (use non-lotion dishwashing soap) for several minutes. Then lather with soap and gently but briskly rub the jewelry between your palms. Rinse with warm water and let air dry, or use a blow dryer on lowest and coolest setting.
· Refer to the guidelines below for additional care and cleaning details for specific metals.
Copper
· Copper quickly turns from a shiny orange-brown to a deep chocolate color. Exposure to air and light speed this process. Leave your piece out if you want it to tarnish quickly. Otherwise, store it in its own Ziploc® bag.
· To clean tarnish: Soak in a mixture of pure lemon juice and salt for 5-10 seconds. After removing the bracelet from the mixture, lather with non-lotion dishwashing soap and water, and rub the jewelry briskly but gently between your palms. Rinse thoroughly. Pat dry with a towel or use a blow dryer on lowest setting. Make sure the piece is fully dry before you return it to its ziploc® bag.
· Copper is very soft, so be extra gentle with copper jewelry.
Sterling Silver
· Silver tarnishes quickly when exposed to light and air. If you want your jewelry to tarnish, then leave it out when you're not wearing it. (Otherwise, store each piece in its own Ziploc® bag with an anti-tarnish tab. Remove tarnish regularly following cleaning instructions under General Care.)
· Avoid resting sterling directly on wood surfaces, especially oak, as wood finishes usually contain acids that can mar the surface of sterling. Always store silver away from direct sunlight.
